*Required- bring driver’s license / photo id when coming in the school for ANYTHING or picking a child up different from normal dismissal process, stop in the vestibule at security and provide photo id.

The PTA had great success in fundraising last year; funded/provided a brain break day, assemblies for last/ this school year, school updates, new technology for teachers (veriquest machine), and many more events planned for the 2023-2024 school year.

Volunteer Coordinator is McKenzie Hurley- opportunities to volunteer for PTA events will be posted on the PTA portal prior to the event.

Immediate Needs

• 5^th grade Mother’s Day lunch- you need to have already attended
• Wreaths & Poinsettias
• Breakfast with Santa
• Gala- Solicitation
• Spirit Store- a graphic design background for merchandise design
• Spirit Store- Merchandise Coordinator (manage orders/ distribution)
• Portal Manager- computer/ tech knowledge as this position will be working with the backend posting of information on school portal.
• Publicity- Need a camera
• Permits- 3 per year, go to the town where the event will take place- Christmas Bazaar, Tuition Raffle, Gala
• Christmas Bazaar – looking for a shadow
• Barnes and Noble Day – looking for a shadow
